We welcome back Fr John who is celebrating Mass with us this weekend.
Mass today is for all those who were remembered through donations for Easter lilies. We pray for David Fallon, Margaret Green, John Hall, Carole Lid, Mary and John Matthews, Anne Monkton, Daniel Oliver, Giacomo Petta, James Quinn, Les Tacy and Edwin Wilson.
Please pray for the sick and/or housebound: Elena Petta, Pat Sanger, Alfred & Mary Waring, Mary Jenkins, Rev Jim Gilligan, Hannah Bratt, Rachael Nielsen, Sarah Cole, Helen Abbott, Pauline Smith, David Arnold and John Crompton.
Please also pray for the repose of the soul of Bernie Cornish, who lived at Heathlands, and who died on 17 April.
Did you know the Trussell Trust Food bank Network (to which our Food Bank belongs) fed 1.6 million people last year, over half a million of which were children? That’s the population of Cardiff, Sheffield and Edinburgh combined. Up 73% in 5 years. At present our food bank requires donations of UHT milk and washing powder. Thank you.
Concert without Borders – in aid of Medecins San Frontières (and in memory of Eddie Wilson and Fran Emmerson) in the Wulstan Hall on Saturday 1 June, 3–4.30pm. Organised by ACES supporters, the cost is £5 including refreshments – children free. Tickets available at the back of church after Mass.
Please, if you are on ANY rota and have not done so pick up a GDPR form from the back of church. This is to comply with the new regulations. Please drop it through the Presbytery letterbox when completed.

Missio APF-Mill Hill Red Boxes held by Pershore parishioners raised £1462.02 in 2018. Total for the Archdiocese of Birmingham was £289,551.52. Thank you for your continued support. If anyone would like to have a red box please contact Sue Allen 01386 561246.
Can you help? We could do with a little administrative help in the parish office. If you can help with some office tasks (helpful if you have basic computer skills) please see Christine.
Meeting up: It is proposed to hold an afternoon tea once a month on a Friday, especially but not exclusively, for those who find getting out and about difficult. For this to happen we need volunteers for transport and for hospitality at the hall. We also need to discover who we might invite. So, if you know someone who is on their own and isolated for whatever reason please let us know. If you are interested in helping with this project please see Claire Oliver, Christine or Deacon Pat.
Job opportunities: We have been advised of two posts available at Cathedral House. One is for a fulltime Diocesan Pilgrimage Co-ordinator and the other for a full time Administrative Assistant. Full details of both posts are on the notice board.
Churches Together in Pershore walk: Sunday 19 May 2:15pm, starting at the car park by Pershore Bridge, near Pershore College. This circular walk of 3 gentle miles involves no stiles and goes through the lovely village of Pensham. Everyone welcome including dogs. Unfortunately, not all gates are suitable for motorised scooters.
