Wanted: If you have any surplus aprons lying around your home please drop them into the school. They are needed as part of the costumes for the school production of Tom Sawyer which happens in July at No 8.

Advance Date: 50th Anniversary Pilgrimage to our Lady of Lourdes Shrine at Hednesford – Saturday 6th July. Full details on the notice board.
The first of the monthly afternoon teas will take place on Friday (14 June) 3.30pm to 4.30pm. This is especially, but not exclusively, for those who find getting out and about difficult. For this to happen we need volunteers for transport and for hospitality at the hall. We also need to discover who we might invite. So, if you know someone who is on their own and isolated for whatever reason please let us know. If you are interested in helping with this project please see Claire Oliver.

Thank you for the wonderful response to the Medicins San Frontieres concert in memory of Eddie Wilson and Fran Emmerson. We made an incredible £762 – with more to come! Thanks to all the superb artists, especially the children from the School, to all who took part in whatever way and to the appreciative audience.
Coming to Birmingham: The Slipper Chapel statue of Our Lady of Walsingham along with the Dowry Tour Exhibition will visit St Chad’s Cathedral from 20–22 June. Events are taking place all day, every day. Please see the poster at the back of church for details.
